Preparing audit notifications, Distribution matrix, findings, QA/QC issues, audit reports, development of
Policies, Mission, Quality manual, identifying Objectives & Targets and its monitoring following standards
ISO 9001, ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO 18001
Registering the incoming & outgoing Correspondence, quality check and classification in Document
Management System, Document Status Reporting to Management on weekly and monthly basis;
Liaise with QA/QC Manager in formulating procedures and work flows in line with the Project
requirement.
Updating the concessions request register, red line / mark-up register, technical query register, master
document list for engineering and supplier documents, drawings list;
Maintenance and continual improvement of Document Control Management System as per ISO Standard;
Renew revision of old documents (upgrade archive database), to check up files regularly.
Develop and oversee the Document Control System to maximize the efficiency and stability of interfaces
between Project sites and Head Office;
Develop and implement document control specifications, work instructions, technical evaluations and
document progress registers
